Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of Dememo, including the Dememo website, workspace features, MCP server, AI-assisted tools, and connected third-party workflows.
By using Dememo, you agree to these terms. If you use Dememo on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
What Dememo Provides
Dememo is a marketing-content workspace that helps teams create, edit, organize, and publish brand assets, documents, social content, and related AI-assisted outputs.
Some features are available through the web app, some through connected clients such as ChatGPT or Codex, and some through third-party integrations. Features may change over time.
Accounts And Eligibility
- You must provide accurate account information and keep access credentials under your control.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account, workspace, or connected integrations.
- You must be legally able to use the service and form a binding agreement, and you must comply with applicable law.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use Dememo to violate law, infringe rights, commit fraud, distribute malware, or interfere with the service.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to workspaces, accounts, models, integrations, or infrastructure.
- Do not misuse connected accounts, scrape credentials, upload secrets, or use Dememo to evade platform safeguards or third-party restrictions.
- If you use Dememo through ChatGPT or another client, you must also comply with that client’s terms and policies, including OpenAI’s usage and app-related rules where applicable.
Connected Accounts And Third-Party Services
Certain features rely on third-party services such as Supabase, Stripe, Zernio, OpenRouter, and the external services you choose to connect. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Dememo is not responsible for outages, policy changes, API changes, or restrictions imposed by third-party providers.
AI Features And Outputs
- AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or publishing them.
- Dememo may use automated systems and third-party model providers to process prompts, files, and workspace content needed to complete requested features.
- You should independently review sensitive claims, legal statements, regulated content, and external-facing materials before use.
Your Content
As between you and Dememo, you retain your rights in the content you upload or create, subject to the rights needed for us to host, process, secure, transmit, and display that content to operate the service.
You represent that you have the rights needed to upload, process, publish, or connect any content or account you submit through Dememo.
Billing, Trials, And External Checkout
Paid features, subscriptions, credits, trials, and seat-based plans may be offered through Dememo. Hosted checkout and billing-portal actions may redirect you to Stripe or another provider.
You are responsible for applicable taxes, payment obligations, and charges associated with your selected plan. We may change pricing, packaging, or feature limits prospectively.
Availability, Beta Features, And Support
- Dememo may include beta or evolving features and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent feature continuity.
- We may add, remove, suspend, or limit features, integrations, models, or access paths at any time.
- Support requests can be sent to privacy@dememo.ai.
Suspension And Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created legal or security risk, misused integrations, or endangered the service or other users.
You may stop using Dememo at any time. Some data may remain subject to our retention obligations and backup, audit, billing, or legal requirements.
Disclaimers And Liability
Dememo is provided on an as-available and as-is basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dememo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of Dememo after the updated terms take effect means you accept the updated terms.
